The project is located in the middle of the cement plant production line, in a heavily industrial atmosphere, in the desert environment, southern Iran, Bushehr province, 15 km from Borazjan township
2000m2, three stories building for controlling and monitoring the complete cement production process, include:
Basement: utilities, technical workshops and storages
First floor: physics and chemistry labs, X-ray room and electronic laboratory and technical archives
Second floor: main control room, engineering station and rooms for different technical managers
- Structure: Concrete frame work and concrete slabs for roof decks
- Architecture: Cavity brick wall system as the finishing of the interior and exterior, exposed concrete for ceiling and columns, painted walls in rooms and Marmarite stone tile flooring
- Utility: Central cooling and heating system including water Chiller +boiler, with fan- coil units and duct mounted distribution system
